A native San Diegan, born at Sharp Hospital, Kristi graduated from Christian High School in 1981 and cum laude from Point Loma College in 1986.  She worked as an assistant laboratory manager until her Medical Technology internship at Grossmont Hospital 1991/1992.  Kristi was a medical technologist for San Diego Blood Bank performing disease testing, unit processing, hematology and stem cell processing until shortly before being accepted into veterinary school.  She attended the University of California, Davis, School of Veterinary Medicine, graduating in 2001.

After graduation, Kristi worked as an equine veterinarian for El Cajon Valley Veterinary Hospital until 2003, when she felt called to branch out into home euthanasia and hospice.  There was a large unmet need in San Diego County and many clients encouraged her to fill the need.  She counts herself very blessed to be able to assist people and their pets during such a difficult time.

In 1992, Kristi married her wonderful husband. Their cat, Clingon, adopted them in 1995.  Kristi and her husband live in the La Mesa/Spring Valley area where Kristi loves to organic garden, run, crochet and attend Padres games.  The last couple of years she has enjoyed "Power" hiking with her cousin.  They recently completed the Grand Canyon, hiking from the south rim to the north rim in one day.

Kristi specializes in making your pet's last journey a calm and peaceful transition in the comfort of the home they've loved and shared with you.
